QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR BILL
What billing or insurance information will I receive?
After your insurance has paid, we'll provide you with a monthly statement of your account. You will receive a copy of your bill around the middle of the month.
How long will it take to get things settled with the insurance company?
Generally, it takes from 30 to 60 days to obtain payment from an insurance carrier.
When am I expected to pay?
You will be expected to pay at the time of service. Most likely you or a staff member will verify your coverage before leaving the office and you will be expected to pay at that time. If you are opting out of billing insurance, you will need to pay the full amount of the discounted service-at the time services are rendered.
